We are looking for a motivated Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator who is a hard-working team player. You will play a critical role in creating and managing engaging digital content across various social media platforms. Based in our offices in Chelsea Harbour the candidate would be working across our two sister brands specialising in interior design and e-commerce sales. Reports to the Marketing Manager.



  • Plan all digital strategy, helping to set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement across all platforms.
  • Coordinate a social media calendar each month from concept to completion across all key platforms, such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Produce reports and bring these to weekly meetings
  • Build social followers by conversing with consumers and influencers
  • Create and write engaging blog posts and articles in the brand tone of voice
  • Creative copywriting for the website in the brand tone of voice
  • Monitor and analyse performance on social media platforms and on web using tools such as Google Analytics


  • Ability to write creative content and copy, with an appreciation of brand tone of voice
  • Strong social media experience in creating editorial and social content distribution plans and reporting on success and learning’s
  • Good numeracy skills, with the ability to turn data into information & transform into business decisions
  • Experience of growing social communities and driving acquisition
  • Good understanding of Google analytics and CRM tools
  • Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital / social space
  • Team player
  • Proactive work approach with the ability to think outside the box
