Job Title: Studio Manager / Receptionist

We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager/Receptionist to join our friendly team as soon as possible. We are looking for a proactive team member for front of house who is able to create & maintain a welcoming environment for visiting clients and suppliers, a memorable face of TH2. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of house contact for visitors to the studio, arranging refreshments & lunches
  • Styling of office roomset area, assisting in maintaining flowers, preparation for client meetings and helping keep the studio presentable
  • Answering the telephone, transferring calls to the relevant team member and taking messages as appropriate
  • Arranging team wellbeing & general work events
  • Helping with our charity projects
  • Opening and distribution of post, distributing fabric samples
  • Petty Cash & reconciliation of monthly spreadsheet for accounts team
  • Coordination of IT issues & speaking to relevant contractors
  • Responding to supplier invitations
  • Assistance with HR
  • Accepting deliveries & logging them on the database
  • Organising and monitoring couriers & taxis for the team
  • Managing the office meeting calendar
  • Ordering and management of office stationery, kitchen supplies & installation equipment
  • Booking business trips and producing travel itineraries for team
  • Taking minutes & preparing agendas for internal meetings
  • Collating team timesheets & workloads weekly
  • General senior team assistance

Required Skills:

  • Previous reception experience
  • Good IT skills
  • Well presented, efficient & organised
  • Charismatic, memorable and articulate

Job Title: New Business Coordinator

We are seeking a New Business Coordinator to join our friendly team. The main focus of this role is responding to new business enquiries and converting them into projects for the team. As well as building relationships, networking and generating viable leads is an important part of the role. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior team and design team at both th2designs and our new online business, th2Studio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for initial day to day new client liaison
  • Networking, sourcing and pitching for new business both in the UK and abroad
  • Building the company’s reputation and networking with agents, developers, architects and private clients
  • Follow up on all leads and sending out relevant information when & where required for team
  • Remaining a point of contact throughout a project to ensure high standard and a good client relationship
  • Strong presentation skills, both client facing and on paper

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated track record in sales
  • Knowledge of the London property market would be ideal
  • Possibly an ex-estate agent, buying agent or similar looking for a new direction
  • Proven ability to build and manage a network
  • Skilled in Microsoft office package, particularly power-point
  • Experience in putting together initial budgets would be ideal
  • Excellent organisational skills and a flexible attitude, happy to help the team in all areas required
  • Independent, self-motivated and self-starting
  • Charismatic, memorable and articulate

Job Type: Full-time

Required Experience:

  • Estate Agent or similar sales: 3 years
