The Th2 team

At Th2 Designs we always want to ensure we are collaborating with at least one charitable organisation at any one time. Giving back is an important part of our company ethos and this year we have had the pleasure of donating to a variety of charities including Enthuse, Choose Love and Helping Rhinos. Here are a few of the other charities we have worked with during 2023:

Working in the world of interiors, we take great pride in seeking ways to ensure we leave as little waste from projects as possible. Offcuts and dormant fabric roll are donated to local schools as well as to charities such as Fine Cell Work who rebuild the lives of prisoners with the transformative power of needle work.

Along the same lines, we work with our logistics companies to ensure there is as little waste as possible during any strip-out or installation, recycling where possible and considering the impact of packaging, travel, and waste on the planet. This is a key target for us – now more than ever it must be a priority. Wherever possible we donate furniture to be used by Furnishing Futures who work tirelessly to create healing homes for women and children fleeing domestic abuse or experiencing furniture poverty.

Earlier in the year the team volunteered and helped the local charity City Harvest, an organisation that delivers free surplus of food to families in need across greater London and beyond.  It was a busy and productive time and great for team bonding too, we’d love to repeat it in 2024.

Next year is already looking to be a very exciting year, as we have started plans to work alongside another local charity organisation Vineyard Community which is also very close to our hearts, as well as being close to our Richmond studio. This charity offers support at the point of crisis and during recovery, helping to resolve issues related to homelessness, addiction, loneliness, and mental health. We will be working in collaboration with Vineyard Community to update and improve their facilities. Watch for updates on our website during 2024.
