Th2 Designs was commissioned by a returning, highly experienced developer to furnish two ocean-view apartments within a beautifully restored Grade 12 listed building in Antibes, South of France.
Having successfully collaborated on several previous developments, the client trusted us to deliver exceptional design and service on time and within budget. In past projects, we turned empty properties into desirable homes ready for launch, maximising their investment potential.
The brief was to furnish two ocean-view apartments in a way that respected the building’s Art Deco heritage while creating homes suited to modern living.
We drew inspiration from the building’s original shapes and materials, blended with a Mediterranean colour palette inspired by the surrounding landscape. Comfort, elegance, and understated luxury were central to the scheme.
Furniture placement was key. From the outset, layouts were designed to maximise light, space, and sea views.
The open-plan living areas were carefully zoned to create flexible spaces for entertaining, relaxing, dining, and quiet moments - all maintaining a connection to the views. We worked closely with the developer on the high-end interior finishes, softening and personalising the spaces through thoughtful layering and detail.
The transformation was immediate. Once furnished, the apartments became aspirational homes rather than empty spaces.
As always, furnishing proved to be more than decorative - it was transformational. A well-designed, fully furnished property not only enhances lifestyle appeal but is also a smart investment when launching to sell or rent.
