With so many rental properties on the market at the moment, The Crown Estate wanted us to furnish this 48 apartment building to stand out from the crowd. We designed three different schemes which were adapt for each of the very different apartments.

When released on to the market the majority of the flats had been successfully rented within three weeks which is testament to the fact that a well designed space minimises void periods for landlords.
