RENTAL APARTMENTS

Situated in the very heart of Central London and located on Regent Street and Little Portland Place, we were asked to furnish 44 apartments for the private rental market.

We worked with our client, The Crown Estate, on their recently completed redevelopment of Morley House to create the latest destination living space for those looking for style, comfort and location all rolled into one. Amenities for these elegant apartments include a Resident’s lounge, 24hr concierge, Screening room, car club membership, and a residents’ app.

With different apartment styles, we worked together to blend schemes, colours, and furnishings giving every property its own personality. Additionally, our client asked us to furnish the entrance & reception which lead to a spacious Residents’ lounge where residents can work, entertain or just relax.

The layout and space planning was crucial to creating a place they want to spend time in and with the addition of a private cinema room, It is already proving popular.
