For instance, we recently completed the full renovation of a Grade II listed townhouse in Marylebone Village in Central London for an international family moving from New York and making London their long-term home. Previously configured as three separate apartments, the property was restored to its original four-storey layout, creating a refined family residence that balances heritage London architecture with contemporary living. It is a home to be lived in for generations.
